What We Treat

Through a variety of treatment techniques and rehabilitation expertise, we are able treat a wide array of issues on this list, and more!

Soft Tissue Mobilization

A hands-on treatment technique used to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and decrease disability by working on the body’s myofascial (soft tissue) system. This technique can be performed with the therapist’s hands or a smooth edged instrument.

Therapeutic Exercise

Movement prescribed to correct impairments, restore musculoskeletal function and regain a state of well-being. Can include strengthening, mobility and stability exercises designed specifically for the goals and needs of the patient.

Dry Needling

A technique in which one or more sterile, thin, monofilament needles are inserted into soft tissue (a muscle, tendon, fascia, etc) in order to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement issues. Dry needling can decrease tightness, increase blood flow, and reduce both local and referred pain.

Cupping Therapy

Unlike many manual therapy techniques that apply compressive forces, Myofascial Decompression (MFD), or cupping, stands out by embracing decompression principles for connective tissue and musculoskeletal systems. Used to enhance motion efficiency through negative pressure tools, unlocking the potential of fascial mobility and neuromuscular re-education.

Positional Release Therapy

PRT unlocks tissues and joints decreasing pain and facilitates them to heal and strengthen. Essentially, PRT is the opposite of stretching. Much like unkinking a knot from a chain necklace, PRT works in the same fashion; tissues are pushed together, twisted, compressed and manipulated to take tension off “neurological knots.” The therapy is relatively pain-free and is suited for all ages and most painful conditions.

Other Treatments

Other treatments may include joint mobilization, postural reeducation, activity modification, balance training, ergonomic assessment, or others based on provider discretion.

Mobile Therapy Rates

  • An evaluation is performed on all clients seen by the athletic trainer (AT). The AT will consider the client's past medical history and current condition, as well as perform an examination to include tests and measures such as range of motion, palpation, strength, functional outcome measures, etc. This information will be synthesized by the AT to form a diagnosis and prognosis for the client's current condition as well as aid in creating a treatment plan designed to achieve the client's personal goals. Treatment will begin with the remaining time allotted. $150

  • The AT will carry out the treatment plan created after the evaluation. The treatment plan is fluid, so treatment will change as the client's symptoms evolve. Treatments may include manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, balance training, activity modification, or others based on AT's discretion. A home exercise plan will also be addressed and modified, if necessary, each visit. $130

  • Rehabilitation & strength training customized specifically to your goals and limitations. Trying to avoid surgery? Looking to get stronger post-surgery and return to all activities you love? Work with the movement specialist! $80 per session; package discounts available. (no initial eval required, movement screen will be performed)

  • Schedule a recovery session after tough training, when you are sore, or when your body just needs some TLC! Recovery session may include mobility work, stretching, cupping, soft tissue work, and/or massage depending on needs. $55 half hour, $90 full hour (no initial eval required)

  • A shorter therapeutic treatment session based on AT discretion and client's needs. A 30-minute session may be sufficient for many clients who are progressing well and are compliant with the treatment plan and home exercises. $65

Online Therapy Rates

  • After an initial video consultation/evaluation, a 4-week customized rehab program will be provided, along with weekly video check-ins. $200/month
